Returns & Refunds
a. Defective on Arrival (DOA):

  • Report within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Provide video and photo documentation (full unboxing video recommended).
  • If defect is confirmed, a prepaid return label will be issued.
  • If defect cannot be confirmed remotely, customer must return at their own expense. Upon inspection, if defect is verified, return shipping will be reimbursed and a replacement provided.

b. Customer-Initiated Returns (No Defect):

  • All sales are final; returns of functional devices may be accepted at Solas Medical LLC’s discretion.
  • Request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Device must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.
  • Customer covers return shipping and insurance costs.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
  • No refunds for used, damaged, or incomplete units.

This return policy does not affect the DOA guarantee or warranty coverage
