Returns & Refunds
a. Defective on Arrival (DOA):
- Report within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide video and photo documentation (full unboxing video recommended).
- If defect is confirmed, a prepaid return label will be issued.
- If defect cannot be confirmed remotely, customer must return at their own expense. Upon inspection, if defect is verified, return shipping will be reimbursed and a replacement provided.
b. Customer-Initiated Returns (No Defect):
- All sales are final; returns of functional devices may be accepted at Solas Medical LLC’s discretion.
- Request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Device must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.
- Customer covers return shipping and insurance costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
- No refunds for used, damaged, or incomplete units.
This return policy does not affect the DOA guarantee or warranty coverage
